2024年12月には、石段街の166段目に新しく複合施設「IKAHO HOUSE 166」がOPENしました。石段街にあった築100年以上もの休業中の旅館を改修し、うどん屋や雑貨屋、カフェなどが入りました。中では群馬・伊香保ならではのお土産が購入できるほか、工芸体験などもできます。
